Job summary

Great Bay Services in Sanford, ME is hiring Direct Support Professionals to help adults with disabilities build skills, routines, and independence in daily living. You’ll support community participation and personal goals in alignment with each member’s plan.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to transport members. You’ll document notes, complete timesheets, and ensure health and safety while working a mix of part‑time and full‑time shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• MANDT certification preferred; training provided if needed.
• First Aid & CPR certification preferred; training provided if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional support while assisting members with their yearly Person-Centered Plan goals.
• Promote quality community connections for members and opportunities in community settings.
• Ensure health and safety of members at all times.
• Complete paperwork including emails, notes, mileage logs, timesheets, and progress notes.
