Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Authorization in Loxahatchee, FL to safeguard residents and visitors at a residential community. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and provide welcoming service while following site policies.

The role emphasizes monitoring access, responding to incidents calmly, and collaborating with residents and vendors. The schedule is Monday through Friday 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM, with a pay rate of $21 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, subject to a background investigation.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors while carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry points, verify authorized access, and maintain visitor records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of community entry areas and report security concerns.
