Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Credential Support in Loxahatchee, FL. You will provide access-control, monitor entry points, verify credentials, and assist residents and visitors in a residential community.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and maintain accurate access logs and related documentation.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate observations, access-control issues, and security-related concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
