Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide access-control for residents, guests, and vendors per site policies.
• Monitor entry points and verify authorization; direct approved individuals to locations.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Maintain accurate access logs and incident reports; communicate with site management.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
