• 4–5+ years as a writer or communications professional.
• Experience with high-volume editorial calendars.
• Experience shaping comms for large transformations.
• Content publishing via SharePoint/Staffbase or similar CMS.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders.
• Graphic design experience is a plus.
