• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop, update, and deliver interactive training programs, workshops, and virtual sessions.
• Track communication/training metrics and support strategic engagement initiatives to drive effective adoption and knowledge across the organization.

Akkodis is seeking a Communication Specialist for a Contract job with a client in Allen Park, MI . "The ideal candidate should have 3 or more years’ experience as a Communication Specialist training a team"

Rate Range: $50/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Communication Specialist Job responsibilities include:

• Support I-ERP communications, engagement, and training initiatives, including communication strategy, newsletters, podcasts, and leadership communications.
• Develop and manage engaging communication content, training materials, scripts, and storytelling-driven content for global end users and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop, update, and deliver interactive training programs, workshops, and virtual sessions.
• Track communication/training metrics and support strategic engagement initiatives to drive effective adoption and knowledge across the organization.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience; demonstrate strong ownership, proactiveness, collaboration, and ability to independently drive communication and training initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end podcast scripting, logistics, and delivery for internal communication platforms such as Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute.
• Develop targeted internal communications for Purchasing, leadership, and cross-functional teams using strong communication and strategic planning skills.
• Develop, format, and strategically update training materials and deliver engaging training programs using PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and AI tools.
