Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking a passionate and dedicated professional to join our team as a Communications Specialist.
This full-time position is responsible for creating clear, engaging, and consistent communications across print, digital, web, social media, and community outreach channels. The Communications Specialist promotes Workforce Solutions programs, services, events, and initiatives while collaborating with staff, partners, employers, and community stakeholders to increase awareness of Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas.
A bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, English, or a related field is preferred. Comparable and relevant experience may substitute year-for-year for the four-year degree.
A minimum of three years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, media relations, content development, graphic design, website management, social media coordination, or a related field is preferred.
