Job summary

Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board is seeking a Communications Specialist to craft clear, engaging messages across print, digital, web, social media, and outreach channels, promoting programs and events while coordinating with staff, partners, employers, and community stakeholders to raise awareness.

A bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field is preferred, with at least three years in communications, marketing, PR, or content creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, English or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, media relations, content development or related field preferred.
• Ability to write clearly, edit effectively, manage multiple projects, and communicate with diverse audiences.
