Job summary

M.C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical site seeks a Communications Superintendent to lead production floor operations for modular infrastructure products. You will manage schedules, ensure safety, and coordinate with engineering to maintain project timelines and budgets.

The role requires strong planning, team leadership, and hands-on problem solving to deliver quality installations within the production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology or Construction Management with 5+ years installation experience in IT/electrical/telecom fields
• Experience with telecom and electronic security projects ranging from $50k to $5M
• Experience reading contract drawings, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders
• Experience installing Information Transport Systems
• Proficiency with MS Office, CPM Scheduling, cost estimating, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on the production floor for modular communication infrastructure products
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules to meet project demands
• Forecast look-ahead schedules and arrange labor, tools, and space
• Oversee QC, production numbers, and integration with other lines
• Hands-on role focusing on results and solving production issues
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Confer with senior management to resolve work procedures and project issues
• Onboard employees and ensure proper training
