Job summary

Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean, is seeking a Communications Superintendent to lead production on modular lines for data-center infrastructure.

You will manage a team of foremen and up to 60 assemblers, ensure site safety, plan labor and material needs, and coordinate with engineering to keep schedules on track. This hands-on role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and scheduling skills, with routine reporting and look-ahead planning to meet project

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with a bachelor's degree (Engineering Technology, Construction Management) and 5+ years of Installation experience in IT, Cable, Electrical, RF and/or Telecommunications fields.
• Experience working on telecom/electronic security projects ranging from $50,000 to $5M.
• Experience using MS Office Suite, CPM Scheduling, Cost estimating, modeling, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam software.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects on the production floor for modular products.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately.
• Coordinate manufacturing schedules to meet project demands.
• Forecast look-ahead schedules and arrange workforce, tools, and space.
• Oversee QC, production numbers, and coordination with other production lines.
