Qualifications

• 5+ years of installation experience in IT, cable, electrical, RF and/or telecommunications fields.
• Experience on telecom and security projects from $50k to $5M.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, change orders, specifications and RFIs.
• Proficient with MS Office, CPM Scheduling, Cost estimating, modeling, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple subcontractors, crews, and project personnel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate construction per contract requirements, phasing plans, and owner needs.
• Provide look-ahead schedules and arrange critical telecom outages.
