Description
We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful Communications Manager to be a key part of the Leasing Advisory Communications team and play a pivotal role in supporting our external communications and recognition programs. You'll work closely with the Senior Director of Communications to drive key initiatives, generate PR coverage, and ensure consistent, effective communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, collaborative team member, and demonstrates strong critical thinking skills. This is a part-time role, 30 hours per week.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Develop and execute strategic communications plans that align with the Americas business goals.
• Lead the sourcing and development of success stories for external distribution.
• Create and refine PR angles and pitches for Office leasing (tenant rep and agency leasing).
• Work with U.S.-based PR agencies regionally, under the direction of senior team members.
• Manage award submissions across Leasing verticals, including industrial, retail, and office sectors.
• Coordinate external PR pushes with the Research team around key reports and findings.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare reports.
• Assist in developing thought leadership content and speaking engagements.
• Prepare briefing materials for company spokespersons, press releases, talking points, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Internal Communications to drive campaign synergies.

Candidate Profile

Skills

• 5-8 years of related experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Strong strategic communications background.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, proactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, journalism, or related field.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, EAP, and paid time off. Eligibility depends on employment status and plan specifics.
