As our new Channel Sales Specialist, your core responsibility will be to recruit and activate net new cloud partners for Crayon’s channel ecosystem. You will work closely with our sales, technical, and partner success teams to set partners up for success—enabling them to leverage our managed services to drive real outcomes for their customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Source and engage net new logos partners (VARs, MSPs, CSPs) by articulating Crayon’s value and managed services to drive interest and onboarding
  • Manage and coordinate legal documentation during onboarding; engage legal teams to expedite contract reviews and redlines
  • Lead seamless partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring partners were equipped to co-sell and effectively position Crayon’s Intelligent Cloud and Managed Services to their customers
  • Equip partners with training, tools, and joint sales plays to accelerate time-to-revenue, while guiding GTM planning, early-stage cloud consumption, and revenue milestone attainment
  • Accelerate partner success by leading onboarding, enablement, and co-selling initiatives; define strategic goals and KPIs; delivered training, tools, and GTM support; build trust with GSI partners; collaborate cross-functionally to drive adoption, early-stage revenue, and cloud consumption milestones
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or technology sales roles
  • Proven ability to recruit and onboard new channel partners
  • Understanding of cloud business models (especially Microsoft, AWS, GCP or managed services)
  • Experience in partner enablement and relationship building
  • Proven track record in selling Microsoft services
