*Description*

We're seeking a dynamic and resourceful Communications Manager to be a key part of the Leasing Advisory Communications team. This role supports our external communications and recognition programs. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Communications to drive initiatives, generate PR coverage, and ensure consistent, effective communication. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter, collaborative team member, and demonstrates strong critical thinking skills. This is a part-time role, 30 hours per week.

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*

1. Develop and execute strategic communications plans aligned with Americas business goals.
2. Lead sourcing and development of success stories for national external distribution.
3. Create and refine PR angles and pitches for Office leasing (tenant rep and agency leasing).
4. Coordinate with U.S.-based PR agencies regionally, under the direction of senior team members.
5. Manage award submissions across Leasing verticals, including industrial, retail, and office sectors.
6. Collaborate with the Research team on external PR efforts around key reports and findings.
7. Monitor and analyze media coverage, prepare reports.
8. Assist in developing thought leadership content and speaking engagements.
9. Prepare briefing materials for company spokespersons and general PR materials like press releases, talking points, and messaging.
10. Work with Internal Communications to align campaign strategies.

*Candidate Profile*

5-8 years of related experience, preferably in commercial real estate, with a well-rounded strategic communications background. Key attributes include:

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative disposition; proactive problem solver.
• Creative, agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, journalism, or a related field.

The pay range is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits varies based on job classification and employment length. Potential benefits include:
