Job summary

BayCare Clinic in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Communications and Business Development Specialist to join our team. The role supports the Business Development and Marketing teams, coordinating community activities and producing letters, brochures, web copy, blogs and press releases.

The position requires excellent writing and editing skills, strong interpersonal communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations or related discipline strongly preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in solid writing and editing, proven experience as a communication specialist
• Superior interpersonal, plus oral, and written communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a variety of assignments simultaneously, while meeting established deadlines
• Highly organized and adaptable with proved ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implements business development and community activities.
• Writes, collects information, and edits for letters, brochures, ad copy, annual reports, web copy, articles, blogs and press releases.
• Create marketing pieces such as flyers, digital graphics, and social media videos.
• Assist the business development team with marketing and promotional events as well as organize promotional items.
• Researches, writes, collects information, and edits for assignments such as, but not limited to, letters, brochures, ad copy, annual reports, web copy, articles, blogs and press releases.
• Fantastic organizational skills; written, verbal and while speaking on behalf of the organization.
• Build brand internally and externally aiding in the growth of the company in the preferred direction. Develop strategies to take BayCare to the next level.
• Supports company events, to include planning, publicizing, and participation.
• Collaborates with various departmental representatives regarding communication needs and participates in the Marketing & Public Relations team.

We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is full time, with typical hours Monday‑Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!

The Clinic

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician‑owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167‑bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built‑in referral base.
