Job summary

• Demonstrated ability to successfully manage a variety of assignments simultaneously, while meeting established deadlines
• Highly organized and adaptable with proved ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and implements business development and community activities with the BD/Marketing team.
• Writes and edits information for letters, brochures, ad copy, annual reports, web copy, articles, blogs and press releases.
• Creates marketing pieces such as flyers, digital graphics, and social media videos.
• Assists the business development team with marketing and promotional events as well as organize promotional items.
• Researches, writes, collects information, and edits for assignments such as, but not limited to, letters, brochures, ad copy, annual reports, web copy, articles, blogs and press releases.
• Fantastic organizational skills; written, verbal and while speaking on behalf of the organization.
• Build brand internally and externally aiding in the growth of the company in the preferred direction. Develop strategies to take BayCare to the next level.
• Supports company events, to include planning, publicizing, and participation.
• Collaborates with various departmental representatives regarding communication needs and participates in the Marketing & Public Relations team.

BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Communications and Business Development Specialist to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is full time, with typical hours Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!
