At Network for Hope (NFH), the Communications Associate supports the internal communications team by assisting with the creation, coordination, and delivery of content that keeps employees informed, engaged, and aligned with NFH's goals. The Communications Associate's primary responsibility is the execution of internal communications: drafting copy, creative design, scheduling and implementing planned communications, and supporting teams in need of design excellence. Working closely with the Communications Manager, the Communications Associate ensures internal communications are timely, clear, and consistent, while providing valuable administrative and operational support for ongoing campaigns and initiatives that reinforce company culture and align with organizational goals.
Candidates will be asked to submit sample communications materials if invited to interview. Please be prepared to share no more than 4 items created--primarily or in whole--by you. Samples should showcase your skills in copywriting and creative design. Examples may include a newsletter, email, webpage, digital signage, or other print or digital collateral. Materials created for a real campaign or concept pieces are equally acceptable, and each must include a brief explanation of the communication's context and goals.
