Key Responsibilities

As the Communications and Marketing Manager, you will oversee and enhance the digital presence of OTA and The Organic Center by leading social media strategy, data analytics, website management, and graphic design. You will manage digital campaigns, ensure seamless communication across platforms, and collaborate with the Director of Industry Marketing and Communications and the Digital Marketing Coordinator on strategy, reporting, and technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
  • 3+ years in digital marketing, social media management, and web content management
  • Proficiency in CMS (Drupal or others), Google Analytics, social media analytics, and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sprout Social)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in digital graphic design
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, knowledge of SEO and digital advertising (preferred), passion for sustainability and organic products
Your Role
  • Develop and execute email campaigns, troubleshoot platform issues, support website and email system maintenance
  • Create and implement strategies, schedule content, analyze performance, engage online community
  • Monitor and evaluate digital campaign performance, provide insights, maintain KPIs
  • Update website content, coordinate design improvements, troubleshoot technical issues
  • Design visuals for social media, websites, and emails, maintaining brand consistency
