Nova southeastern University (NSU) seeks a frontline Communications Support professional to monitor campus safety systems and assist internal and external stakeholders. The role requires handling alarms, logging calls, and following department guidelines to ensure timely, accurate service.
You will conduct investigations using electronic resources, apply surveillance methods, and maintain records. This is a non-exempt hourly position with various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Maintains communications support, information management and communications control for the NSU Campuses as well as the NSU Regional Campuses. Assumes responsibility for the detection and prevention of safety and security hazards. Responsible for centralized operation and monitoring of integrated access control system for the NSU Campuses as well as the NSU Regional Campuses.
