Responsibilities

• Produce and review reports for the commodities compliance program.
• Prepare and maintain hedge exemptions for the business unit.
• Interact with regulators and with commodities traders, management, operations and technology.
• Draft Compliance Notices and Compliance Manuals as needed.
• Conduct routine presentations on compliance issues to groups big and small.
• Perform routine compliance reviews and support various compliance projects.
