Morgan Stanley's Global Compliance team seeks a Director (AVP) to lead the Commodities Compliance coverage for the North America business. The role emphasizes reviewing trading and risk processes, coordinating regulator interactions, and delivering reports and guidance to traders and management.

You will draft compliance notices and manuals, present findings to diverse groups, and coordinate cross-functional projects on regulatory matters. Extensive time on the trading floor is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Excel skills are a must.
• Knowledge of physical and derivative commodity products and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Produce and review reports.
• Prepare and maintain hedge exemptions.
• Interact with regulators.
• Interact with Commodities traders, business unit management, operations and technology.
• Draft Compliance Notices and Compliance Manuals as needed.
• Conduct routine presentations to large and small groups on related compliance issues.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews.
• Various additional compliance projects.
