Job summary

Engelhart is seeking an experienced Corp-to-Corp BA/PM for a long-term contract to manage change initiatives in the energy trading sector. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to drive process transformations and embed new operating models as part of a multi-year program.

Ideal applicants will have strong knowledge of US power & gas operations, demonstrated project management skills, and the ability to facilitate change across the organization. This role involves some travel between Houston and Stamford offices as well as potential international travel.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in energy trading.
• Ability to collaborate and challenge assumptions with stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing and redesigning business processes.
