BBGC is seeking experienced Energy Trading Consultants to support a portfolio of energy and commodity trading transformation programmes. The role requires deep industry knowledge of energy trading markets and products, with strong business analysis and ETRM/CTRM delivery experience.

Successful candidates will work credibly with traders and senior stakeholders, understand complex trading processes, and translate them into effective business and technology solutions.

Formación

• Experience in energy or commodity trading industry is essential.
• Deep subject matter expertise in at least one energy market or product area.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end trade lifecycle (front office to finance).
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM implementations or transformations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Work with front office, risk, operations, finance and tech stakeholders across energy trading programmes.
• Lead workshops to capture requirements and define future-state solutions.
• Analyse and document front-to-back trading processes and product requirements.
• Provide SME on energy markets, trading products and related business processes.
• Translate complex trading requirements into functional and technology designs.
