The ideal candidate brings strong change-management methodology experience, skills in coaching senior leaders, and a track record of delivering measurable adoption results in cross-functional settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience leading change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cross-functional teams and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate change initiatives that drive organizational transformation.
• Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations for changes.
• Collaborate with project teams, People function, and leadership to integrate activities.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and support strategies.
• Monitor effectiveness and adjust plans as needed.
• Coach leaders and managers as change sponsors; build a change agent network.
