Job summary

Sitetracker is seeking a Commissions Manager to own the monthly and quarterly commission calculations for 250+ employees across sales and customer success, transforming a spreadsheet-based process into a modern platform. You will lead the migration from Excel to a purpose-built solution and design simpler, scalable plan structures with HR and Sales.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, and Accounting to ensure accurate payouts and executive reporting, using AI tools to accelerate variance

Qualifications

• Own monthly and quarterly commission calculations for 250+ employees across multiple roles.
• Experience replacing manual, spreadsheet-based processes with software.
• Proven ability to design and migrate to a commissions platform.
• Ability to explain commission outcomes to executives.
