Job summary

Integrity is seeking a detail-oriented Commission Analyst to support its nationwide distribution network for life, health and wealth insurance products. You will review commission statements, input data into the Agency Management System, and generate advances and earnings for agents.

In a fast-paced environment, you will reconcile payments, resolve discrepancies with carriers, produce regular reports, and help refine processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Review policies from commission statements and input into the Agency Management System to generate agent earnings.
• Reconcile incoming commission payments to schedule and resolve differences.
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve commission issues such as missing or incorrect payments.
• Generate reports from the Agency Management System related to commissions.
• Handle commission statement scanning and filing; support agents via calls and emails.

Responsibilities

• Balance account statements; identify and correct financial errors.
• Perform weekly quality oversight activities for individuals and carriers.
• Provide excellent service to agents and colleagues.
• Develop and operate procedures to ensure efficient commission accounting.
