Job summary

Integrity, a Dallas-based independent distributor of life, health and wealth insurance products, is seeking an entry-level specialist to manage commission statements. You will review calculations, resolve errors, and finalize batches for payment while collaborating with business units and service teams.

Ideal candidates have a basic background in bookkeeping or accounting and comfort with data-driven processes and professional written responses.

Qualifications

• Entry level bookkeeping or accounting transactional processes experience preferred.
• Insurance or financial services experience preferred.
• Hands-on customer or client service experience.
• Formal written client support including emails and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify carrier statements ready for commission processing and prepare for approval.
• Identify contracting errors and report to resolve with contracting team.
• Review errors/exceptions and coordinate with Service Team and BU team to resolve.
• Review calculations to identify unusual transactions and develop action plans.
• Finalize commission batches for approval and ensure timely processing.
• Follow up on incomplete transactions or batches to closure.
