Integrity, LLC, a leading life, health and wealth insurer distributor, in Harrisburg, PA, is seeking a Commissions Analyst to administer the full commission process, verify reports, and coordinate payments with the Accounting Manager. The role requires attention to detail and strong communication with agents and internal teams.

You will resolve escalated issues with broker services, provide timely service to agents by phone, email, and in person, and support cross-training and process

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
• Basic understanding of the commission process.
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Experience in accounting or finance is a plus
• One year of customer service experience and/or data entry experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to work at a fast-pace.
• Good communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Good customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Responsabilités

• Administer the full commission process from receipt to payment.
• Download, format, import, and verify commission reports.
• Upload reports to Ritter Agent Payment system and coordinate payments with Accounting Manager.
• Provide formatted reports per accounting requirements and perform quarterly calculations.
• Review agent debt and involve debt collection when needed.
• Collaborate with RAP developer for testing and feedback on releases.
• Resolve escalated commission issues with Broker Operations.
• Provide customer service to agents via phone, email, and in person.
• Create Service Requests to track and handle agent issues.
• Support cross-training assignments and other duties as assigned.
