The ForgeOS team is growing! We are in need of a Telecom Commissions Analyst. This full-time, fully-remote role is a great fit for highly detailed, organized, motivated and communicative individuals who have at least two years of experience with direct commissions experience in the Telecom channel. Standard working hours are 8 am - 5 pm EDT.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 per year depending on knowledge and experience. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. This position is qualified for benefits, which include health, vision, and dental insurance offerings, paid time off, and retirement plan.

The Commissions Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the Revenue Assurance team. This individual will be responsible for managing commissions data, performing detailed analyses, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure the accuracy and timely processing of commissions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support month-end close processes, which include processing vendor commission statements accurately and on time
  • Audit carrier commission reports for accuracy and identify potential commission inquiries
  • Research, update partners and resolve commission discrepancies with TSDs and suppliers
  • Log inquiries in database and independently manage each inquiry until resolved, escalating when appropriate
  • Calculate, report, and analyze partner and sub-agent commission statements
  • Communicate the results of monthly reconciliations to internal and external stakeholders, including leading monthly partner commission review meetings and participating in cadence calls as needed
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date supplier/partner commission matrix documenting commission splits by service
  • Audit order submissions with TSD/suppliers and ensure all commission requirements are in place
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses and audits, including order tagging, pending orders, and commissioning account numbers
  • Establish meaningful relationships across the ForgeOS partner community through consistent and reliable communication
  • Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the telecom channel, with direct commissions experience, required
  • A bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or Finance is preferred, or 2 years’ equivalent experience required
  • Subject matter expert in tiered commission structures and complex payment configurations
  • Strong ability to interpret contracts and extract commission-related information, including payment breakdowns and dispute timelines
  • Strong ability to summarize complex analyses in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and building strong interpersonal relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong commitment to customer service, with the ability to anticipate and meet partner needs
  • Ability to work independently with limited oversight
  • Advanced technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel demonstrating ability to filter data sets, navigate large spreadsheets, execute queries such as =Sum or =ROUND, leverage Pivot Tables, and utilize VLOOKUPs efficiently
  • RPM Telco experience is a plus but not required
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English proficiently
