Role Description:

The Senior Associate will play a critical role in leveraging analytics and strategic thinking to accelerate the growth of Oak Street Health membership. This is an opportunity to partner across the organization to identify data-backed solutions to key pain points, as well as develop and help implement creative initiatives that will drive OSH's rapid growth. This position will join a team of Associates / Senior Associates and will report to the Sr Director of Growth Strategy and Analytics.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform data / analytics to inform decision-making across the Growth organization
• Contribute and help to drive forward (under the direction of Manager) key growth-focused initiatives
• Develop and maintain monthly reporting, driving insights and action items to improve performance
• Collaborate with other team members, as well as field team members to drive initiatives forward
• Develop materials and lead discussions with relevant organizational leaders
• Other strategic / analytical priorities, as determined by Sr Director, Growth Strategy and Analytics
• Other duties, as assigned

What are we looking for?

• 1-2 years at a top tier consulting firm, investment bank, private equity firm, or other comparable experience
• Analytical and strategic thinker who is intellectually curious
• Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care
• Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint; experience with Alteryx, SQL or other programming languages a plus
• Effective and flexible team player with demonstrated success in a fast-paced "start-up" environment
• Demonstrated attention to detail and experience leveraging data / analytics to solve problems
• Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence decision-making at many levels of leadership
• US work authorization

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
