Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group is seeking an entry to mid-level Business Analytics role to support onboarding and management of commissions via the IntegrityCONNECT system. You will work with Operations and business units to map processes, analyze carrier data, and ensure accurate commission processing.

You will learn the system, validate calculations, and help document impacts while collaborating across departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.

Qualifications

Entry level business analytics experience is preferred.
Entry level insurance operations, bookkeeping or accounting transactional processes are a plus.
Entry level insurance or financial services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support onboarding projects with Operations, business units and shared services.
Collect and analyze carrier and business unit files.
Develop understanding of Commission Platform capabilities.
Document upstream and downstream impacts.
Create carrier mapping guides.
Upload carrier commission files to identify errors and exceptions.
Collaborate with Analysts/Lead/Manager on contracting actions.
Validate commission calculations in processing and onboarding scenarios.
