Job summary

Integrity in Dallas seeks an entry-level analytics specialist to support onboarding and ongoing management of business units within IntegrityCONNECT Commissions. You will work with Operations and shared services to map processes and ensure accurate carrier data.

The role emphasizes hands-on data analysis, Excel-based calculations, and clear written and verbal communications with payees and internal teams. You will learn the system, validate calculations, and help resolve data issues.

Qualifications

• Entry level analytics experience or knowledge of system processes.
• Experience in insurance operations or financial services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding projects with Operations and business units.
• Collect and analyze carrier and business unit files.
• Develop understanding of Commission Platform capabilities.
• Create carrier mapping guides and upload files.
• Validate commission calculations and document exceptions.
