Job summary

Integrity is seeking a detail-oriented Commission Administrator to manage the full commission process using carrier applications and internal systems. You will coordinate with Accounting and Broker Operations to ensure timely agent payments and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include downloading, formatting, and verifying reports, uploading to the Ritter Agent Payment system, performing quarterly calculations, and handling escalated issues with agents and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above.
• Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
• Basic understanding of the commission process.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
• One year of customer service experience and/or data entry experience.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good analytical skills.
• Able to work at a fast-pace.
• Good communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Good customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Administer the full commission process.
• Download, receive, format, import, and verify commission reports.
• Upload reports to Ritter Agent Payment system.
• Verify accuracy of internal systems.
• Coordinate payment processing with Accounting Manager.
• Provide formatted reports per accounting requirements.
• Perform manual calculations for quarterly allowances.
• Review agent debt and include in debt collection when necessary.
• Work with RAP developer to provide testing and feedback.
• Resolve escalated commission issues with Broker Operations team.
• Provide customer service to agents via phone, email, and in person.
• Create Service Requests to track and handle agent issues.
• Provide full-circle customer service to ensure issues are addressed.
• Cross-train and handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.
