Duties:

The Commissioning Technician's role is to manage and perform startup activities and system performance evaluations on new and existing construction projects of all types, including documentation of per-functional activities and the maintenance of action item lists. The Commissioning Technician will also be integral to the final Commissioning team. Participating in point-to-point system checkout, functional system testing activities, and resolution of all operational deficiencies identified as part of this process will be required.

Qualifications:

• Background in either HVAC or Electrical, strong technical skills, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Good oral and written communication skills and computer literacy.
• Ideal candidates must have the desire to learn, succeed, be able to set goals, meet deadlines, be self-starters, and able to pass a background/drug test.
