Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. is seeking a candidate to advocate for owners and ensure building automation, HVAC, and plumbing systems meet project specs. You will evaluate contractor work and operate independently to guarantee correct design, installation, testing, and operation of all building systems.

The role requires a BS degree in engineering or construction and strong knowledge of HVAC, building, and automation systems, contributing to successful, diverse commercial projects.

Responsibilities

Serve as the owner's advocate to ensure building automation, HVAC, and plumbing systems meet project specifications
Evaluate and verify work performed by other contractors on behalf of the customer
Operate independently to ensure all building systems are properly designed, installed, tested, and functioning correctly
Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation to support project deliverables
