Known for their unique work in the MEP space at both a national and international scale. Specializing in a high-profile sports stadia but offering a wide-range of project expertise including Healthcare, Commercial, Science/ Tech, Residential and more.
This is a large established firm in the Design space, with a small but established Commissioning team looking to expand. You will be a part of a small close-knit team initially, but you will be given a huge runway to run and grow with their projects and leadership team.
The Role
- Perform on-site Commissioning and related activities including on-site inspections, validation, functional testing, verification and troubleshooting of electrical/ mechanical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, protection relays, HVAC systems, compressors etc.
- A blend of both in-house and third party testing.
- Direct vendors/ contractors in testing execution.
- Development of Commissioning plans, test procedures, pre-functional checklists and functional test scripts.
- Assist in Commissioning focused design review, shop drawings and submittals.
- Preparation and contribution to final Commissioning report for client.

The Candidate
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning engineering.
- Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards applicable to HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with testing, balancing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of building systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, specifications, and commissioning documentation.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Degree qualified in Engineering a huge plus.
