The role requires a BS degree in engineering or construction and strong knowledge of HVAC, building, and automation systems, contributing to successful, diverse commercial projects.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering or Construction.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Building, and Automation Systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the owner's advocate to ensure building automation, HVAC, and plumbing systems meet project specifications
• Evaluate and verify work performed by other contractors on behalf of the customer
• Operate independently to ensure all building systems are properly designed, installed, tested, and functioning correctly
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation to support project deliverables
