Job summary

Search Masters is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow a department of 3 Commissioning Agents while expanding team capabilities in the Cleveland area. You will mentor the team and drive department growth, focusing on HVAC, building and automation systems.

In this client-facing role you will perform commissioning and retro-commissioning activities, identify new business opportunities, guide clients through proposals and contracting, and help expand service offerings through strong

• Demonstrated experience in HVAC, Building, and Automation systems.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
• Genuine interest and aptitude in Business Development.
• BS/BA degree required.
