Job summary

Clēnera is a premier developer and operator of utility-scale solar and storage projects, with Boise, Idaho as a regional base. We seek a Commissioning Manager to lead all facets of testing, verification, and handover of high‑voltage solar and energy storage systems.

The role demands extensive field work, cross-functional coordination, and strict adherence to safety and technical standards. You will manage commissioning plans, oversee on-site teams and vendors, review performance against design

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent commissioning experience.
• 8+ years commissioning experience on utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• OSHA 30 and NETA III certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Develop commissioning contracts, plans, schedules, and procedures for PV, energy storage, HV systems, and SCADA.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations to transition from build to operations.
• Lead on-site testing and verification with vendors and third-party testers.
