Job summary

Clēnera is a leading HV project manager for utility-scale solar and storage assets, representing the Owner and leading HV, P&C, SCADA/communications, testing, and commissioning activities.

The role owns cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk from pre-functional checks through energization, interconnection testing, COD, and turnover to Operations. Requires 5+ years HV PM and 2+ years renewable energy experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction mgmt, electrical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in HV construction project management.
• Minimum 2 years executing utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Proficiency with schedule and cost controls, CPM, and EAC forecasting.
• Strong EPC contract administration and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HV and site-wide commissioning planning and control.
• Drive weekly schedule reviews and critical path management with EPC and site leadership.
• Manage HV project cost forecasting, change orders, and cash flow alignment.
• Direct contract administration and change management with clear cost/schedule impact analyses.
• Coordinate design, permitting, interconnection readiness, and QA/QC across teams.
• Maintain risk registers, quantify impacts, and escalate to senior leadership.
• Lead safety culture and HSSE integration into schedules and plans.
• Maintain external stakeholder relationships with utilities, lenders, and AHJs.
