ECNS Global Consultants PLLC is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead major electrical commissioning programs from planning through turnover. The role requires extensive experience in electrical testing, startup, and power systems, with a PE license and ABET-accredited degree.

The position involves on-site work across assigned locations (AZ, MO, IA, TX, NV, OK, NE, TN) with up to 100% travel. Competitive hourly pay ($75-$95/hr) plus overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering (ABET-accredited).
• PE license required.
• 10+ years in electrical testing, commissioning, startup, or power systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead major commissioning programs from planning through final turnover.
• Oversee complex electrical and power system commissioning activities.
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test plans, and technical reports.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of system issues.
• Manage client relationships and technical coordination.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements.
