FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. The role combines customer service with cash handling and sales/loan transactions, offering a base hourly rate plus commission up to 8% on personal performance.

Earned Wage Access is available, and benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401k options. Full-time associates enjoy paid vacation after six months, with additional vacation accruals after each year of service;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work extended periods, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide appropriate financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures in non-management capacity.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Handle cash and negotiable instruments following security rules.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards and assist customers.
