Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate role focuses on greeting customers, processing sales and loans, and delivering a positive shopping experience.

You will earn an hourly wage of $13.00 to $16.00 plus an achievable commission on transactions and the Earned Wage Access program after two days of employment. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for extended periods and perform duties in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with sales, loans and transactions.
• Process sales and loans accurately following procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and engaging merchandise displays.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash responsibly.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
