You will generate new business and maintain relationships with food service operators, contractors, designers, and distributors, providing quotes and product options that meet customer needs.

You will coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure accurate specifications, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction, track sales activities, and pursue agreed revenue targets while

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship skills including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to explain technical product details related to commercial kitchen equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Basic math and estimating skills for quotes and reviewing drawings or specifications.
• Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Comfort working in an on-site manufacturing environment with production and operations staff.
• Prior experience in commission-based sales or related industries preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales is a plus.
• Valid authorization to work in the United States and reliable transportation to the New Jersey facility.
