Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Training: ensure accuracy of commission data and coach team members.
• Issue Resolution & Operational Support: research, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
• Workflow Coordination: monitor workloads and allocate tasks to meet service levels.
• Compliance & Controls: support internal controls and regulatory adherence.
• Reporting & Data Analysis: develop complex reports and provide actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel Analysis & Reporting: build formulas, pivot tables, and troubleshoot reports.
