Responsibilities

• Manage commission and payment processes from submission through reconciliation.
• Serve as a primary contact for external partner accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and financial variances.
• Reconcile commission, billing, invoicing, and payment information.
• Support new account onboarding and maintain accurate documentation.
• Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and process improvement opportunities.
• Recommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Account Management, and other teams.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Commission Operations Analyst

Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday & Wednesday
Pay: $26/hr
(must be a USC/Green card holder)

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Commission Operations Analyst to manage commission payment processes, support external partner accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial operations, customer relationship management, analytical, and process improvement skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commission and payment processes from submission through reconciliation.
• Serve as a primary contact for external partner accounts.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and financial variances.
• Reconcile commission, billing, invoicing, and payment information.
