Role Description

This is an independent (commission-only up to 20%) outside field sales representative role at MORE Surface Care. As an Independent Sales Representative, you will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, building relationships with clients, and selling and promoting our CORE products and AntiEtch. We are hiring for multiple territories across the U.S., including the Northeast, the Mid-Atlantic, the Southwest, the Pacific Northwest, and the Gulf Area. Must reside within the territory. The ideal candidate has experience in the tile & stone or the building materials industry and brings an established network of contacts. Manufacturer representatives with complementary product lines are a great fit for this role, as they can seamlessly integrate MORE Surface Care into their existing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Sales, Marketing, and Communication skills
• Experience in B2B building materials sales and customer relationship management
• Self-motivated and results-oriented individual
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of the stone and tile industry is a plus
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous experience in the sales of home improvement or construction products
• Live in the territory
