Qualifications

• Prior residential HVAC sales or related home-services experience preferred.
• Ability to explain technical details to homeowners clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run company-provided residential HVAC sales opportunities and replacement leads.
• Meet with homeowners to understand comfort concerns, equipment problems, and budget.
• Evaluate existing HVAC systems and gather information for replacements or upgrades.
• Present clear options for replacement and improvement with justified reasoning.
• Coordinate with installation management to ensure projects are completed as proposed.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in ServiceTitan and other systems.
