Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of residential mortgage lending experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and an active NMLS registration. The role involves prospecting, client meetings, and ensuring timely disclosures and closings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, required.
• 1–3 years of residential mortgage lending experience, bank environment preferred.
• Active NMLS registration, required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM/loan origination systems.
• Strong client service, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end loan process from inquiry to closing.
• Develop and maintain a referral network through prospecting and community outreach.
• Spend a majority of time outside office meeting borrowers and referral partners.
• Provide accurate disclosures and timely updates to all parties.
