The Opportunity

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Commission-Only) to lead email marketing, cold calling, relationship building, and grow our client base across the United States.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with existing relationships to revisit and leverage. We serve clients across various industries who could benefit from our services!

What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients & partners via calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Build relationships with startups and small to medium-sized businesses and potential referral partners.
  • Strategize with leadership to expand into new industries in the U.S.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships with established contacts across different industries.
  • Comfortable working 100% on commission.
  • Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills.

Compensation includes a commission of 10-20%+ on new client contracts based on deal size, performance bonuses at revenue milestones, and a flexible, remote work environment. Leadership growth opportunities are available as we expand.
